Trump Raid and The "Civil" War

Let's keep it civil.

I was listening to Tim Pool today talk about the raid on Trump’s resort home. Pool and his guests had so many theories on why it was happening or what was happening. The summation of their program, what it meant to Tim (well, at least what he said it did) was that in his perspective, it was the start of a civil war. I have been hearing this too much lately. People are upset that the FBI is being political or having politically motivated action against a politician.

It shouldn’t be surprising. Government is always political, but politics are mostly theater.

I just want to make a tiny recommendation that maybe you already know, understand or agree with, but perhaps to share this sentiment with your trigger happy friends beating the drums of war.

Here it is: let’s not start shooting at our neighbors and destroying our neighborhoods and property values, which are starting to go down without being ruined, over politics. Seriously, step back and consider talking before brawling. It’s one thing if your neighbors are cunts and want bloodshed. I wouldn’t fuck my shit up, though, over a bunch of billionaires not getting along or waving papers at each other while they do illegal searches of one another. The FBI and police for that matter have been conducting no-knock and other bullshit raids on the public for as long as they have had the privilege of legal impunity. Don’t let some rich assholes who don’t give two flying flips about you be the Archduke Franz Ferdinand, the final straw that tips this country into war. In fact, don’t allow any politics to lead you toward violence.

I’m not saying that you should pursue righting the wrongs of politics through durp-di-durp legal channels either. I’m saying, stop giving a fuck about politics and politicians, and should you go to war, let it be for one of us, an average person being destroyed in a system designed by and for a few privileged elites. Don’t flip out over the minor tyranny perpetrated on or by some billionaire who just took us for a ride of Covid subjugation, fast tracked a dangerously broken vaccine and hurled us into a state of massive debt and food shortages only to be bested in his ability to cripple the country by his pseudo-senile successor. I’ll bet you Trump made more than a few kickback deals at our expense during his own reign of Covid terror and avoidable lockdowns. Fuck that fat, orange slob. Fuck all of them. They aren’t your neighbors, and they aren’t even your enemies. They are fucking nobodies. They need to be relegated and regarded in their just position. Fuck them. Seriously, fuck them.

But love your neighbor. Be civil. If you want war, war on the tyrants not the civilians. Love your neighbor. Make it a revolution to love your neighbor.
