Hidden among OSHA’s new FAQs for their Covid Guidelines is a bit of good news.
While we haven’t seen the government in the US forcing people to all get vaccinated, many have been counting on the free market to take the lead by forcing employees and potentially customers to be vaccinated for employment or service. However, in this little lesser known spot on OSHA’s website titled “Worker Protection Concerns” is a hidden warning:
If I require my employees to take the COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of their employment, are adverse reactions to the vaccine recordable?
If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7.
Adverse reactions are “work-related” and what does this mean? It sounds like they are saying that the employer is going to be liable for the adverse reaction via workman’s compensation insurance. Finally! Someone is liable for when the experiment goes wrong. However, we don’t want this travesty to happen ignorantly as the rest of this agenda has rolled out.
Hopefully, we can circulate this news around widely and employers can now reconsider mandating experimental medicine as a requirement for work. I’m not saying this merely to protect employees from dealing with the medical bills acrewed by many presently suffering what they believe are adverse reactions. Also, it may prevent employees from having to take an experimental, unapproved shot to begin with. Not least, this can possibly save employers of small businesses and the backbone of the US economy from being the scapegoats for the pharmaceutical industry, the media who became a marketing agent for the industry and the various government agencies and beaurocrats who were responsible for rushing out a brand new technology without long term testing and proper safety approvals. We can’t allow our hard working business owners to take the fall for this if it becomes a disaster. The blame needs to be placed squarely on those shoulders who are profitting recklessly and without any accountability.
Stay hopeful, my friends. This is another tiding of the changing tides. We can make a difference!
