New Series: Well-Being
I have been trying to figure out how to assimilate all of the little pockets of knowledge I have tapped into throughout my lifetime and to coalesce them under one unified project. Up until now, I kept trying to pick favorites to present, and that just hasn’t been working for me nor serving humanity as a whole the way I would like.
I often hear, “Karen, you should start a cooking show” or “Karen, you should teach about diet.” And on it goes about fasting, GAPS diet, oils, detoxification protocols, spirituality, match making and a plethora of other interests I have looked into on my own behalf or that of my family. My issue is that I only understand various mental, physical, fiscal, emotional and spiritual modalities insomuch as they serve me or my own family. I haven’t looked into them with the sense of discovery relating to how they can specifically help others. I can only recommend various well being modalities with anecdotal advice. I am but a humble dabbler with a multitude of resources and connections to greater expertise.
What I will do (rather than go back to school in 400 various modalities that served me over the years to become expert for all in each of them) is to bring you the experts. I’ll bring you the practical advisors of these various modalities of well-being in a regular weekly program each Wednesday that will be available here, YouTube and my Odysee channel. It will be the Wednesday Well-Being Show.
