Today, I continued my detox campaign with dry brushing and also getting my lymph moving with my vibration plate available here.
I could feel my blood really flowing to my skin so I quickly directed my hot and sexy husband to our new-to-us infrared dry sauna for a couple’s deep sweat. In the sauna, we hang out and talk about trading crypto and further our investigation into what a fuckhead Abraham Lincoln was. We can’t believe how he and his ilk murdered the grandchildren of the authors of the constitution and founders of the US (those he hadn’t already imprisoned) with impunity. Since they supported the right to secede from the union that their ancestors worked so hard to defend, they were Lincoln’s most vocal opposition. After all that (and supporting the genocide of 39 Native Americans who were given an unfair trial and also imprisoning agents of the press and the entire Maryland legislator for supporting pacifism), Lincoln was given the largest monument in DC where he is sitting on a throne (like a king, mind you) which is held up by fasces (fascism). Everything I thought I knew about Lincoln was wrong. His intentions were clearly to create a centralized government with a centralized bank and ultimately a dictatorship, and even those who praise him understand well that this was his agenda. You can read about that here.
Anyway, after drying off from the sauna, I prepared another detoxifying bath. Today, my bath has over two cups of Epsom salts and a half cup of baking soda. I hope those don’t cancel each other out. I drew the bath water at as hot a temperature as I could tolerate and I am sweating even more! I can’t believe how much sweat is mainly coming out of my face. Hopefully, I am releasing some heavy metals from my brain and gums along with pesticides and other crap. I look very wet and am glowing.
Our fun activity for today (you mean I wasn’t having fun, yet???) will be taking the kids to the +E Ranch for a fun fall festival, pumpkin patch and a frolic in their sunflower fields. I will hopefully have pictures of this to share tomorrow. Last year, we didn’t do a single fall festival because we were too short of money and transportation to get to one until November. I was so disappointed that every single fall festival last year ended the day after Halloween. I can’t believe what a turn around we are having this year as opposed to last. We are doing so many fun things, taking care of our health, we have an awesome new car, and my husband and I have had more dates this last few months than the entire past 5 years since we have lived in Utah combined!
Off to the pig races! Snort ya later!
