I just found out yesterday that I am technically immunocompromised.
Low white cell count from mold or Lymes or something. Figuring it out.
I have got this! I have healthfully stayed out of hospitals and doctor's offices regardless for nearly my entire life despite this issue being what it is for possibly the past 5-10 years at least. I am vibrantly healthy and being immunocompromised has not phased me for more than a half a decade. It's still not phasing me.
Am I getting injected? No fucking way!
Do I want people around me to do that? No fucking way.
Does that mean I am doing nothing and not being proactive? No, and anyone that thinks that is seriously, seriously ignorant about health and nutrition. If you seriously believe that the only thing anyone can do proactively to stay healthy is inject themselves with poison, pop pills, get cut open and get a physical from someone who is 90% likely to be suffering from undiagnosed leaky gut syndrome, you have a very poor, painful and expensive life ahead of you, what little of it there may be.
What am I doing? With (or without-but in my case with) the consultation of a reputable doctor on health and nutrition and a fuckton of tests to determine what food sensitivities, parasites, nutrient levels, blood evaluations and genetic predispositions I have, I am working with my body to get it the proper nutrition, supplements, exercise and lifestyle practices to defend my health.
It's costing me a chunk of change, relatively small compared to insurance premiums to get my health in great alignment, and it is mostly not coverable by any insurance. In other words, if I had insurance, they still do not cover this. None of them do.
So the lesson is that if everything you do is based on what your insurance is covering, you are missing out on likely the most important diagnostic exams available today, and you are being underserved by medicine. Primary care doctors that accept insurance are generally the most brainwashed and ignorant human beings alive today regarding health and nutrition. You should almost do the opposite of whatever they are recommending.
My health is my responsibility, but you CAN help.
Here’s what you can do: stop eating garbage that isn’t food.
Look, asymptomatic people do not spread disease. It’s been tested before, but they confirmed it again. At least, asymptomatic UNvaccinated people don’t spread coronavirus according to an 11 million person study run in China last year through contract tracing with their advanced social credit system in place. Apparently, the same can’t be said for the spike proteins in the vaccinated which according to recent leaks at the CDC are spreading. But if you remain unvaccinated and you start doing more to build up your health with better diet and nutrition which keeps you healthy and asymptomatic, you will also be helping me stay healthy with my special challenges.
Once again, there is NO replacement for good health. I am certainly not relying on you to keep me healthy while chowing down the standard American diet. There is no more important thing to me than good health.
Adding new toxic technologies is not good for you, it’s not helping me, and it is certainly not a line of defense.
Fuck your injection. It ain't shit.
