2 Eggs
1.5 Cups Wheat or Oat Bran
1 Cup Coconut, Almond Milk or Milk Substitute (I like Califia’s toasted Coconut combo or Milkademia)
1 Cup Apple Sauce
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Oat Fiber
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Tapioca Flour
1/4 Cup Melted Ghee or Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Blackstrap Molasses
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Honey
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Sea Salt (I use Real Salt)
1.5 Cups Fresh Blueberries
