Easy Living
“It’s easy to live when you’re in love” Leo Robin writes in his 1937 song Easy Living written for the film with the same title.
My heart really feels this lately. I live a life of passion. I am fulfilling dreams that I find meaningful and worthwhile. With each piece that I write, prayer that I share, math hack I show my kids, meme I dream with my co-conspirator husband or food that I harvest from my garden, I feel I am living a life of passionate purpose. It keeps getting better. Before I go to bed, I want to say an affirmative prayer of gratitude for this life I am so blessed with. I hope when you say the words, you are able to feel the feelings and begin to share in some of this good stuff I got going on over here.
Prayer About Pursuit of Passion, April 12, 2022
I am pursuing a life of passion, placed in my soul as a purpose. I am so blessed from this endeavor. I know the Universe in Its essence is love and joy and when God, The Almighty decides to express this joy, God does so through humanity. That is our purpose. This is why we seek experience that bring us love and joy, so that we may be God’s expression of these verities on earth.
I know that it’s true. I know it, and I feel it. I just feel soooooooo good! So, God! So, I know you can, too. I know everyone reading this has a calling to joy and to love, and that they can start pursuing that which brings them peace, passion and purpose! I know these pursuits are meant to be and come through me. I am so grateful for this gift of vision, gift of love and gift of joy already in my heart guiding me to greater expressions of these, outward to the world, swirled around, pressed down and sent back into me even more than before to be sent out again! I am delighted, just delighted to be a part of the process of pure passion. I feel so intimately entwined with the Divine, enraptured in the Spirit. I say, “Thank You. Thank You, Spirit for being with me and creating through me a world in which I can feel creative belonging!” I am so pleased. I am so blessed. I am so grateful.
I release this word of great thanks to the Great Giver, knowing I can’t out receive what God has to give and what plans are in store for me! I let it go, knowing this plan is already so in the mind of the Divine. I rest. I release. I wait and see. I squeal with glee, and so it be!
Amen!
