There’s a lot of holidays that I feel spiritually ambivalent about. Halloween’s modern practice being one. The dressing in costumes and play acting spooky characters is just good family fun. The one thing about it that is 100% wrong is our kids poisoning themselves with excessive consumption of sugar. Sugar is the number one cause of heart disease, cancer, flu season… Your body is supposed to be a temple. In my humble opinion, a treat here and there is an indulgence. The consumption of gobs of sugar is gluttony, one of the seven deadly sins. If you are pushing gluttony on a daily basis with sugary foods, foods that instantly convert to sugar in the body such as high carbohydrates (flours, rice, potatoes) for your children as part of a routine, you have no basis for casting condemnation on any part or portion of Halloween cosplay. I mean, literally gluttons have no room to talk about spooky pretend.
There are a lot of issues I have with celebrating death. It bothers me. For example, when it comes to genocide, and bringing genocidal patriots of a foreign nation into a church to celebrate their defense that includes genocide, I have very strong spiritual feelings about this. It’s a fucking abomination. I can’t use stronger language to describe this behavior, and no one who supports this behavior has any reason to cast any petty grievances at me or minister to me about my kids dressing up for Halloween and play acting as a ghost, my use of ugly, profane language or literally anything else.
We like to pretend that sin is sin. It’s just all equally wrong, but celebrating or taking sides with a nation committing genocide- in a church, taking sides with a nation who sodomizes before murdering their hostages, a nation who is the largest sanctuary for convicted sex offenders on earth, I can think of no greater sin. I know what Jesus would do. He wouldn’t join the military in that country and genocide people while pretending to convert other soldiers to Christianity. Tables would be turned. The religion of genocidal people while doing genocide is of no fucking consequence to me or Jesus. Calling yourself Christian or worse believing you are doing “the Lord’s work” while committing genocide is not illuminating the world. Go and sin no more.
I think “don’t do genocide” wasn’t one of the ten commandments because it was unfathomable. Just as doing human centipede level experimental gender reassignment surgeries on human bodies is unfathomably vile and repulsive. The nation of Israel is the synagogue of Satan if anything is clear from revelations it was this prophecy. When you understand this, there’s no way around supporting it in any way. In no greater way can one literally celebrate death than to honor a person voluntarily serving in the military of a nation actively committing genocide.
Move away, don’t look back lest you turn into a pillar of salt.
Powerful words and sentiments, I agree 100 %, thank you
Amen, Sister!
Modern Iz Real is run by European Judeo-Benjamites who, if they believe in any god at all, follow the ancient war god Yahweh. The scribes and scholars during the Babylonian captivity conflated this abomination with the creator god(s) EL/Elohim on purpose, and under the influence of the satanic practitioner priest of the Medes and Chaldeans, incorporated his worship into the TaNakh and Second Temple Judaism.
Looking at the history of the area through that lens, gives new insights into modern events.
